David Doran, CPA

Doran brings to Saturday’s radio conversation with CEO host Brutocao extensive experience serving privately held, entrepreneurial and family-owned businesses. Doran’s expertise spans several industries, including manufacturing, distribution, financial services, business and professional services and healthcare. Doran also directs the firm’s nonprofit practice and has worked with numerous nonprofit service organizations and foundations.

Recognized as both a “Distinguished Business Leader” (2009) and an “Outstanding Alumnus” (2010) by his alma mater California State University, Fullertion (CSUF), Doran was also the recipient of CSUF’s “Legends and Legacy” award in in 2010, and is active in various community and religious organizations.

Ric Brutocao is one of the rotating CEO hosts of “The Mentors” radio show whose CEO expertise includes past president of DACOR, partnering with and re-structuring companies in such varied industries as wine, baking, real estate and nonprofits, as well as starting, leading and selling various companies in the tech space.  Several of his peers consider Brutocao to be one of the best operational leaders they’ve ever met and will call on him to help them out as needed.

One of Brutocao’s greatest passions is helping others succeed in achieving their dreams and finding fulfillment.  Mentoring others is something he and all “The Mentors” hosts have done and continue to do, regardless of how busy they are.

Following Phillips in the hosting rotation will be “The Mentors” host Tom Loarie, a pioneering CEO in the life sciences industry, who has a special interview with Retired Rear Admiral Ray Smith lined up for Memorial Day weekend.
