BIO: Dana Gower

Dana Gower, MBA, CCP®, is an AI‑powered business, talent, and wealth strategist, author and speaker. He is VP of Talent at CareerPro Inc. a Strategic Financial Advisor with Millennium Planning Group, and Co-Founder of the JobWorks Career Ministry™, a faith‑based volunteer network serving job seekers throughout the Triangle of NC.

He has launched new initiatives for a Fortune 500, other major corporations and on his own, including highly successful content for webinars and seminars. Most notably a book on Amazon called CAREERING and in finance a book called BOOMERNOMICS, plus one of the first Continuing Education training programs on Cryptocurrencies/Digital Assets.

Dana has a diversified work history, from running a hedge-type mutual fund, serving as a financial, retirement and career advisor for the past 25 years, including financial services giants AXA Advisors (now Equitable), and Lincoln Financial. Previously, he served as a human resources, compensation and benefits manager for Fortune 500 Cooper Industries (now Eaton Corp) for 17 years. Dana holds undergraduate degrees in economics and finance as well as an MBA in finance.

In addition to working in his family’s small, but global business as a youngster growing up in Maine, plus a major Fortune 500 in Texas, South Carolina, Vermont, and North Carolina, Dana has also worked with 5 start-up companies in the Research Triangle Park area of North Carolina in the not-so-distant past. All together, he has over 40 years of diversified business and individual client experience.

Two exciting new projects include The SPARK Factor, a next generation AI-Powered Talent Intelligence Platform (TIP), being developed in conjunction with NC State University, and “Autonomous Finance”, a market-driven alternative/adjunct to Uniform Basic Income (UBI) for improving work and wealth-building opportunities across the globe.

“As early as age 10, I became fascinated with work and seeing how adults worked in my hometown, an industrial and forestry-oriented town on a river in central Maine. Then about business, including my family’s manufacturing company, which was built upon innovation. During college, I was attracted to Wall Street. These curiosities, along with a desire to build a nice family, brought me a rewarding personal life and multifaceted career with major corporations and small firms alike.”

Dana sums up, “My mission is to continue to bring fabulously unique training materials and professional assistance to individuals and organizations for the betterment of themselves, and ultimately society.”
