Dr. DuPont, a Gerontologist, is the CEO and Founder of Irvine Cottages, a unique assisted living arrangement that now runs 13 residences in southern California. She is also founder and CEO of Assured InHome Care which provides comprehensive care for elderly in their own homes. She’s served on the board of Directors for The Orange County Catholic Foundation, Alzheimer’s Association, Salvation Army, St. Anne’s School, Meals on Wheels and more. DuPont and her husband raised seven children in southern California.

In the interview, DuPont’s compassion for serving those with Alzheimer’s is unmistakable. Her vision and organizational leadership, inspiring. Anyone, in any stage of their career, even seasoned CEOs, will learn something new from this interview. Lively, Fun, Truly Inspiring!
