“THE MENTORS” HOST TOM LOARIE INTERVIEWS CEO ADVISOR, AUTHOR ALLAN COX TO REVEAL “WHAT PULLS YOU FORWARD?”

Allan Cox, best-selling author of 12 books, top CEO, team and board advisor
On Saturday, April 8, “The Mentors” radio show host Tom Loarie interviews Top Team, CEO and Board advisor Allan Cox on the topic of “What Pulls You Forward?”
“During the past 30+ years, Allan has provided invaluable support and development to corporate leaders throughout the United States,” says Loarie, who has been, and continues to be, the pioneering CEO of several successful companies in the life sciences field, responsible for bringing more than 20 medical devices to market, some that are life-saving.
“His work,” continues Loarie, “focuses on corporate alignment that includes counseling CEOs and direct reports, facilitating top management/board retreats, and helping articulate corporate purpose, uniqueness and method. His work supports CEOs, serving as catalysts for trust and candor between their top teams and boards. And his process uncovers sensitive issues, generating superior options for action.”
Cox authored 12 books, ranging from the ground-breaking Confessions of a Corporate Headhunter, in 1973—the first book ever written about the Executive Search profession, to The CEO In You, in 2013. But that’s not all. He wrote a series for the New York Times Sunday business section and Field Newspaper syndicate, articles for Chief Executive, Across the Board, Industry Week, Training & Development Journal, Success, Advertising Age, and various airline magazines. From 1986 to 1988, Cox wrote a weekly column for the Los Angeles Times syndicate entitled “The Achiever.”
Listeners to Saturday’s radio (or on-demand podcast) interview conversation with Cox will learn who Cox’ key mentors have been in his life, the role of networking in one’s career, the style of life in one’s work, love and friendship, and the power and consequences of speaking the truth in business and life. Listeners will also learn the best traits CEOs, the important role of spirituality in business, and how to uncover what pulls them forward and how that factor impacts one’s choices in life and career, and how to discover greater happiness and meaning in life and business.
It’s a remarkable interview!
