In this episode, Host Tom Loarie talks with J.W. “Terry” Freiberg III, a social psychologist who became a prominent lawyer. He went on to write a short series of inspiring and popular books addressing what he calls The Four Seasons of Loneliness. It earned him the 2017 Independent Publishers Gold Prize for best book of the year in psychology/mental heath.

In this radio show, Freiberg talks about his observations and work, his career segue from psychologist to lawyer, the changing loneliness statistics over the past 20 years, and the simple and very realistic solution to discovering and maintaining terrific mental health and also avoid loneliness (not to be confused with purposeful solitude).
