In this episode of THE MENTORS RADIO, Host Tom Loarie talks with two military veterans, George Randle and Mike Sarraille, on their outstanding success in helping veterans transition into successful civilian jobs that are well-suited to their military and leadership training, adaptability, and individual strengths and passions.

Mike Sarraille is the Co-Founder, Managing Partner & CEO of EF Overwatch. Mike is a retired U.S. Navy SEAL officer, founder and board of director for the VETTED Foundation, a 501(c)3 Veteran executive education platform. HE served fifteen years as an officer in the SEAL Teams and five years in the U.S. Marine Corps as an enlisted Recon Marine and Scout-Sniper before receiving his commission in the Navy, serving in SEAL Team THREE, Task Unit Bruiser. After leading several major, historic and pivotal combat operations in the Middle East, he was selected for assignment to the Joint Special Operations Command where he completed multiple combat deployments in support of the Global War on Terrorism. Mike is a recipient of the Silver Star, six Bronze Stars, two Defense Meritorious Service Medals, and a Purple Heart.

George Randle is Strategic Advisor and also Managing Partner of EF Overwatch. An experienced veteran, coach, mentor and hands-on leader, George brings to the table 20+ years of Fortune 100 and Fortune 1000 global Human Resources and Talent Acquisition Executive experience enabling individuals, teams and organizations achieve consistent and impactful outcomes. He created one of the largest and most successful Veteran Hiring Programs for a Global Fortune 50 firm, and continues to trained and coached 1000’s of Veterans on interviewing and career search skills. He continues today helping Veterans successfully bring forward those critical leadership, management and program management skills that make them invaluable assets to every company they join. Prior to this work, George’s military career assignments included the US Army Berlin Brigade, US CENTCOM and III Corps with deployments to Africa, Central America and Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. He also served in key leadership assignments – twice as a Platoon Leader, as the Executive Officer for the largest company in Berlin and finally 2 years as a Company Commander at Ft. Hood, Texas.
